adidas × Munster Rugby — Corporate Case Study
Selected work from the My Photo Booth Experience project archive. A five-week fan activation.

Archived project. The delivery and results below describe this documented event, rather than a current campaign or a promise of results for a future booking.
The brief
What the experience needed to do
Celebrate ten years of Munster Rugby playing at Thomond Park with adidas and Life Style Sports, using supporters themselves to create a lasting stadium image.
The solution
How we approached it
A five-week tour of Life Style Sports stores in Ireland combined our branded, in-house-built Fusion Mirror with printed keepsakes and adhesive photo mosaic tiles.
The result
The documented outcome
More than 2,000 images contributed to a three-metre by two-metre mosaic, unveiled at Thomond Park on 7 December 2018.
Exposure
Where the brand appeared
Fans received branded photographs and had a route to share their content. The completed mosaic created a physical campaign legacy at the stadium.
A campaign with a physical legacy
The finished stadium picture gave the tour a shared destination. For a new roadshow, decide where the final artwork belongs, how contributions are managed between stops and which approved brand elements appear on each output.
Plan for each stop
Agree the venue access, operating times, print production, artwork approvals and final reveal before the tour begins. A multi-site activation needs one coordinated delivery plan alongside the local details.
Turn the project idea into your own brief
Tell us your audience, venue, dates, intended output and the brand message. We will recommend the experience and confirm the production and delivery scope. We do not assume that a branded photograph creates a measurable audience reach or business result without agreed evidence.
Plan an activation in London or the South East
We take corporate briefs across London, Hampshire, Surrey and West Sussex. Share the venue postcode, operating times, audience and access requirements so we can confirm the right equipment and delivery scope.
