Branded capture
A mirror, Classic or open-air booth can carry campaign artwork across the physical setup and the approved photo design.

Give visitors a reason to stop, take part and leave with content connected to your brand. We plan the capture experience around the stand objective, audience and available space—not simply the footprint of the booth.

A useful activation has a clear job. You may want visitors to discover a launch, join a campaign or remember your company after the exhibition. Agree that purpose first, then choose the output and the journey from first interaction to takeaway.

A mirror, Classic or open-air booth can carry campaign artwork across the physical setup and the approved photo design.

A Mosaic Wall gives individual photographs a visible role in a larger campaign image. Plan the artwork and participation route around the stand.

Choose equipment that works with the available space, guest access and operating requirements. We help you compare the fleet against the brief.
Work through where visitors approach, how the experience is explained, where they stand and how they receive their content. A queue must remain within the agreed space and keep aisles clear. For longer events, discuss operating hours, staffing and any changes between sessions.
If contact capture or campaign reporting is required, agree the available software, permissions and fields before the event. A photograph or share does not by itself prove a qualified lead, a sale or a wider audience impression.
Send the stand plan, event dates, build and breakdown access, power arrangements, connectivity and any venue requirements. Include the approved brand files, desired outputs and the person signing off artwork.
We then confirm what is included, the approval schedule and any practical limits in the proposal. For agency-led work, visit our agency activation page and the branding checklist.
We take corporate briefs across London, Hampshire, Surrey and West Sussex. Share the venue postcode, operating times, audience and access requirements so we can confirm the right equipment and delivery scope.
