The operating time
Check the start and finish times, setup access and whether an idle period or longer hire is needed. An all-day digital hire is different from an attended evening session.
Travel and venue access
Your venue postcode, loading arrangements and route to the room help determine the delivery scope. Ask for travel and any access requirements to be confirmed in writing.
Personalisation and production
A personalised print layout differs from a full booth wrap, bespoke backdrop or multi-site Mosaic Wall. Corporate artwork, approvals and production need their own scope.

Is the price fixed for every event?
No. The selected service, date, venue and package determine the booking price. A bespoke corporate activation is scoped separately.
How much deposit will I pay?
The current booking or written quotation shows the payment schedule and applicable terms. Check those details before confirming; older examples are not a promise of today’s deposit or cancellation conditions.
Can I add extras later?
Tell us as early as possible. Availability, artwork deadlines and the suitability of the booked setup affect what can be added. We confirm any price change before you agree it.
What information makes a quotation accurate?
Send your date, venue postcode, operating times, estimated guest numbers, chosen booth and any branding or access requirements.
