Photo Booth Space & Venue Access Guide
Measure the whole journey, not only the place where the booth will stand. The route from the delivery vehicle to the room is just as important as the final operating area.
1. Check access from the vehicle
Tell us where unloading is permitted, any time restrictions, the distance to the room and whether the route crosses steps or uneven surfaces. Include stairs even if they are outside the building or appear to be only a short flight.
2. Confirm doors and lifts
Photograph narrow doorways, corners and any lift. Send clear measurements and the venue contact details so suitability can be checked for the selected equipment. Do not assume that a booth can be carried upstairs or that a passenger lift will be large enough.
3. Allow an operating area
The equipment footprint is not the full space requirement. Guests need somewhere to stand, a suitable backdrop distance and a safe way to enter and leave. A 360 needs clearance for the moving camera and a controlled operating area.
Our Disco Wall has its own installation requirements. Check the product details and ask us to confirm the floor and proposed position.
4. Plan power, lighting and sharing
Confirm the available electrical supply and safe cable routes with the venue. Tell us about strong window light, low ceilings or an outdoor position. If digital delivery depends on connectivity, discuss the connection before the event.
5. Agree the schedule
Loading, setup, operation and collection each need a workable time window. Share the venue’s restrictions with us before booking, especially for London hotels, exhibition sites and heritage buildings.
