AI can give a photo activation a new creative direction. It is most useful when the output belongs to the campaign and the guest can understand why they want to take part.
Three ideas worth developing
Campaign-world portraits: place the guest inside a visual style that reflects the brand, such as a travel-inspired scene or a future-facing environment. Keep the brand identity clear without making the result feel like a crowded advert.
Illustrated guest keepsakes: explore a stylised portrait with an approved design language and a branded border or print layout. A simple creative can be easier to recognise and share than an effect with too many competing elements.
A collective AI artwork: discuss whether approved guest outputs could contribute to a larger digital or physical mosaic. The individual transformation and the shared image need to work together, with testing before either is promised.
Hardware is only one part of the setup
Modern photo booth software can offer generative portraits and short AI video workflows, but availability depends on the software version, licences, service credits and processing setup. Owning a compatible booth does not mean every AI feature is ready for every event.
We treat AI enquiries as a scoped creative and technical conversation. We confirm feasibility, produce agreed samples and identify the required software and connectivity before confirming delivery. The event photography on this page shows our existing capture hardware, not a previously delivered AI campaign.
Protect the guest experience
Explain what will happen to the photograph and make any permissions clear. Discuss data handling, retention, approved visual themes and how unsuitable outputs will be managed. Plan for processing time and weak connectivity, rather than promising instant results for every effect.
Start with samples, then scale
A London product launch, a Surrey conference and a Hampshire staff event can have very different guest expectations. Test the creative with a range of sample images, check the result on the intended print or screen size, and agree what happens if the effect does not work for a guest.
Our role is to help shape an experience that is appropriate to the brief, rather than add AI for its own sake. Bring us the campaign direction, audience, budget and timing and we will discuss the next practical step.
